I really enjoy the videos made by RSA Animate, incredible way of presenting a message. Talking about message this on is about language and communication. The phrase that caught my attention is the relationship between “direct speech provides mutual knowledge” which makes it easy to understand the intent of the conversation and possibly avoid awkwardness. Then again, some might enjoy a little mystery in the conversation and not take the fun away of wondering what people might have meant.
